Jessica is a great person to interact with and will give you the help you need. Jessica always greeted me with a smile and was able to get me my truck without any problems. She was usually the only person working and had to deal with several people who have never rented a uhaul and handled all of their problems with professionalism. It's clear to see that semper-fi storage would not be the same without her there. After reading some of the other reviews I was able to see that most of the negative reviews were over the condition of the truck or Uhauls coordination team and not the place itself. Those reviews should be taken into consideration with Uhual itself and not semper-fi storage and especially not with the staff who operate it. A lot of the problems I encountered with the truck was purely because of Uhual and not semper-fi storage. Uhaul is notorious for not having good coordination with their trucks, if your truck is not at the right place, it's because uhual itself has not done their job properly. Not the location itself. If you want good service and an exceptional experience with customer service and help then go to semper-fi storage and hope you get Jessica because she will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of, and your questions answered.

This uhaul tried to charge $35 over truck price and $30 over trailer price. Also didn't even have truck on site even though I called and was told they did have the truck. Also this uhaul tried to take a rental day away as well as trying to make me pay for miles because I would have to pick the truck up at a different location even though I was told they had the truck there.

If I could do a negative I would. Semper Fi Uhaul are fraudulant. Im assuming they habe an employee that uses the trucks and does not claim the mileage, so the extra miles are charged to actual customers. I was charged for 98 miles, when I only drove 30 miles. That's a huge. Almost $47.00 over charge. I called them on it, when I received my emailed receipt. The lady said she would check into it and call me back. That was March 18th and I have heard nothing from them. So I am assuming that the person I talked to is the one doing the FRAUD!!!!!! I have used Uhauls many times, from different places and never had this happen before. Be smart and dont use Semper Fi uhaul
