    Brought my Craftsman riding lawmower to them 2 weeks ago. They said it's going to be about 1 1/2 weeks to get it done. I was ok with that. I asked them ( Jason) to please call, and he noted that on the invoice, BEFORE they worked on it. Long story short, 2 weeks later I went there to check on it and they said they changed the oil, ( which I asked for, to change my blade, which I brought with me and gave it to them. They didn't change it.That also was on the invoice. Also to check on and repair the right front tie rod which had popped off. Well when I get there Chris told me they were finished with it!!! He said that'll be $239 and some change!! I said NO ONE CALLLED me with an estimate PRIOR to working on it as stated on the invoice and noted in their computer!! Chris had no idea why that happened! He apologized and said I'd have to wait until Monday to talk to Jason about it!! So... I'll wait to see what Jason says/ does on Monday about it. Oh one more thing. Chris said the steering wasn't right because the guy working on it didn't know how to fix a Craftsman!! OMFG!! Believe I should only have to pay for the oil change as what's done is done with that. Will put an update on what happens on Monday. AITA for expecting to only pay for the oil change !!???
