        They were fine as a reality company but DO NOT trust them with your property management. If you would like your property to not be maintained properly or your home to be vacant without even a 30 day notice given by the tenants then they are your company. Katie Davis was terrible and the owner could not return a phone call ever. If I had not had a lawn care company taking care of my lawn I would not have even know my property was vacant. If I could give them zero stars I would.

        Sarah was AMAZING to work with right from the start. She answered so many questions and went to showing after showing with no hesitation. She gave honest opinions of homes which is what we really appreciated since we were looking to buy from out of state. Definitely recommend having her as your realtor and will use her again in the future.
