        I am 100% disabled,and when my vehicle was struck in 2020 I was instantly scared. When I was dealing with the other individual's insurance I could immediately tell that I needed an attorney. I chose Riddle and Brantley because my best friend told me that they were great at what they do. The whole processes was very easy. Molly, my attorney was,very amazing,and I didn't have to worry about anything. Everyone at the office was great. I am glad that I decided to talk to an attorney. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!. I would recommend Riddle and Brantley to anyone. Many thanks from Myself and my son.

        Riddle and Brantley made little to no effort to help me in my situation. They told me it was too much work to help me. They continued to drag things out. I had to constantly call to make sure things were getting done. I was in an accident due to a car going the wrong direction. It wasnt my fault but I was liable for all medical expenses and I continue to have pain. Ive had a cop on the case working as hard as he can. He was the only one advocating for my case. My lawyer got shot and it took forever to get another lawyer. The receptionists were the only pleasant experience. Do not go here for help.

        This company is the worst. They decided to switch their law focus and dropped me in someone elses lap at the 11th hour of my disability claim, which I lost. Piss poor company and obviously arent there for their clients. Wish anyone who hires them the best of luck. Watch your back though because they are as most people think about lawyers.

      We are sorry to read your comments. In the short time you were with our firm we agreed to investigate your personal injury claim. Without disclosing any confidential information, please note that we can recover compensation only in those claims where the law allows for a recovery. Where the driver of the other vehicle and the vehicle are unknown, there is no person to identify for suit. The uninsured motorist laws in North Carolina require physical contact between the at-fault phantom vehicle and the client’s vehicle to make a successful claim. It is unfortunate that there is no insurance coverage and no one to sue because the fleeing driver of the other vehicle is unknown. This was explained and understood by you. You were also advised that you could seek a second legal opinion with another law firm of your choice. We regret that we could not assist and hope you fully recover from your injuries, but this was a matter where we could not recover without information regarding the phantom vehicle or driver.

      Hi Joanna, we were disappointed to read this review. We referred you to another firm because the attorney you hired left and would not take your case. He was on record as your attorney, not the firm. The judge decides your case and you will need to discuss these issues with the lawyer who went to the hearing with you. We are sorry that the judge did not rule favorably and wish you nothing but the best.
