Empire Moving Co Inc

Talked to Eric who promised a 3day move, then talked to Robert to give an accurate account of what we were moving, price went from $4800 to $14000, mover showed up, Trans van lines and told us $19000 and 7 days, It's been 12 days and still no ETA on our belongings. They get no stars as far I'm concerned. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inept, unprofessional, careless. I have a bedroom full of rubble after they completed my military move. For example, a glass cabinet was simply thrown in the back of the trailer and had 3 out of 4 legs I gave the company a courtesy call to report their damage and incompetence, Eric the ops manager, became emotional and blamed his employees and me for not personally directing how they wrap/package each piece of furniture, not the company for doing an atrocious job. I was directed to use them by the Department of Defense. You're not, so move on to someone else.

This moving company is garbage. I can see why no one ever chooses them. They called me back for a moving quote, and I told them I already had a moving company in place, the owner of the place told me what the pricing would be for the move and what the additional movers and boxing fees would be. I told the guy thank you very much but I think I will go with the company I had originally had established. And the owner said okay have a nice day sir, and thank you ..for wasting my time he said that as he hung up and probably thought I didnt hear it, but it was very disrespectful. Pretty bad customer service skills. I wouldnt recommend. And if this gets taken down by the owner, it will go back up every day. This happened today btw.
