Roger is an experienced realtor that offers a lot of advice and recommendations. Due to his experience, it was also clear that Roger only was willing to approach a situation his way and was not willing to adjust despite our request and questions to communicate more with the seller. When asked, he became very frustrated and verbally unprofessional. He even made a comment that he didnt think I would get approve for a home during the search process when I stopped to look at a property a little larger than I initially was looking for and other comments like he would be wasting his time. It was clear that we made a mistake with Roger. Due to the time restrictions of Military orders and the stress of moving, I knew starting the process over would only cause more issues, therefore I limited my communication with Roger to only when necessary. Roger made himself available to handle the communication with both the seller and the lender since I was out of state and still working which probably contributed to a quick close; and for that I am grateful. I would not be recommending Roger in the future.

Roger was an amazing help during our buying experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers, Roger ensured that the process was as smooth as possible from the start! He was amazing at answering all our questions to the end! We are so grateful to have had Roger as our realtor. If/when it comes to buy again we look forward to working with Roger again!!

Roger was extremely helpful and patient during our sale. Couldn't find a better realtor out there.
