I've been in martial arts gyms for over 12 years and I have to say that hands down this is the best gym that I've ever been to. You are always treated with respect and the amount that you learn is astonishing. Unfortunately I had to move out of the state but if I could take everybody with me I would do it without hesitation.

A great martial arts program, especially for children. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient staff. A clean dojo with ample equipment. A plethora of programs and training times. Im very thankful to have found this group of martial artists.

Highly trained friendly professional staff and a large,clean, and beautiful facility. Best place to train if you live in the Jacksonville area!

I wish I discovered this place years ago. I was shy, and had no confidence. Martial Arts & More turned turned my life around. I'm no longer afraid, or shy. They taught me more than just karate, they taught me about life. These people care, and they will do everything they can to help you succeed. I signed up for the adult karate program, and I have no regrets.
