Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville

We got kicked out of this hotel after we got a room and went to bed and they DOUBKE RENTED THE ROOM! At like 10pm a very big man walked into the room while we were asleep in bed. We were startled and obviously anxious to the situation. We all went downstairs and the staff REFUSED to understand the risk they put us AND that man in. (He literally could have gotten hurt) They had us wait another 30 minutes while they checked in other customers before they tried to figure out what the problem was. Then they wanted to fight us for being upset about the situation that THEY created. They kicked us out of the hotel instead of getting us each new rooms so that we could be safe and secure They kept pushing off the responsibility.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were wonderful. Problem is you never know what wrong with the building. Multiple times Ive come to check in and was told there would be no hot water in the entire building for the duration of the week.

We are in town for a funeral. Gabriel went above and beyond in changing my reservation for several reasons. His guest service is outstanding. I come from the industry and have to mention that I'm also impressed by the cleanliness as well!! Thank you for making a difficult time as accommodating and comfortable as possible! Update.. we were not told that there may not be hot water.. hard to forget that.. unfortunately we had to leave. They did refund our stay!
