As far as pickup orders and DoorDash orders go the employees are slow, they are constantly standing around laughing with each other instead of handing out orders that are already marked as ready to pickup. Management if you read this, fix it.

Ive been obsessed with Chick-fil-A for years I get them religiously and I was really hoping when they said they were changing their chicken it wasnt gonna be a cheap replacement like everything els nowadays. Im so disappointed and angry, im taking them of my list not even my favorites list, i mean my entire list, i wont eat here anymore. How the hell do you choose to replace the old chicken with chicken that tastes like *literally* nothing. Im grossed out that i even tried it. How the hell does it have no flavor what so ever.
