This place is a joke. They never have the part in stock you need and the one time they did, they fried my wife's motherboard replacing a screen. They'll tell you there's a national back order on the part but every other store around has it. How the heck is it on national back order then. I would just avoid them at all cost.

Zane was very helpful. It took three parts orders to fix. Not his fault. Id go for other repairs. Don't know about cost. Phone is under warranty.

I have Samsung+ coverage as my phone insurance. I have a Samsung S 24 Ultra. Just got it. It sustained a fall 5 days ago and my screen cracked. The provider recommended uBreakiFix . A small inconspicuous place here in Jacksonville, NC. Looks of the place are unimpressive. I had an appointment set. The tech who helped me seemed quite skilled and knowledgeable. He was courteous and attentive. There was a number of customers in the place, some had driven long distances for their service. I mean hours driving just to get here for service. That says a lot. This tech took the phone and the information. He said the work would take a few hours. He said they used original parts at least for Samsung phones. When I got back they were also very nice. I got my phone back and it looks like new. Works well, as if nothing had happened to it. I'd rather have an unimpressive looking place offering top service than the other way around. I would highly recommend this place in a heartbeat! Thank you uBreakiFix techs! You're the best!
