American Eagle & Aerie Store

The girls there are rude. If I got pants there from 2 weeks ago I wash them and they fall apart Im taking them back. You can try to enforce a store policy but American eagle policy clearly state anything damaged or your unhappy full refund. Sad that teenagers act like this now. Showed the red head the policy and she didnt care to see it was just rude and kept going on on on about nothing. Hire someone that wants to work not little girls who dont care about there customers

My daughter and I had THE GREATEST assistance yesterday! Dakota was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed! We came in with quite a request! She took her time with us and not once did she do it without a smile! I ordered 5 pairs of jeans online and my daughter ordered 2. They were all the wrong size and fit! She gave us options to try on, made sure the ones we needed were in the store or not THEN got out a tablet and went through styles online to help me find ones to replace the styles they were out of in my size! Now Im not sure most folks nowadays would take that time to do all of what she did! Just a pleasant person and experience all the way around! Keep being great Dakota!! Its not going unnoticed!

Dakotah was amazing help today! I would have been lost without her help instore. She took her time with me, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out Happy! Thank You! I'll definitely be back.
