        Called this afternoon to schedule service on a high-end range purchased by our home builder through Ferguson, and after 30 minutes on the phone with the True Blue support person am told a claim cannot be submitted until a copy of the sales invoice is received per the manufacturer. Gotta love that Ferguson sold a range that they knew the manufacturer requires a sales invoice for that Ferguson never bothered to supply to True Blue. So now I get to start the dance of dealing with sales invoices when this should have been part of Ferguson's warranty handoff process to begin with.
