Chris Wolfe and team have helped me with multiple mortgage transactions and they are awesome to work with. Chris always takes the time to educate, explain, and make sure I am comfortable with all the details. I appreciate that he gives a realistic view of the world, and doesn't try to oversell me. His team is very thorough, detail oriented, and the process always feels like a walk in the park. We had a really great experience working with IMG, particularly with Chris Wolfe, on the mortgage for our new home. As first time homebuyers, we were completely new to the process and had a lot of questions about everything from interest rates to escrow to home insurance. Chris was professional, dependable, responsive, easygoing - the list goes on and on. He was always ready to hop on a call with us when we had questions about the loan, and went out of his way to help us with other parts of the home buying process that most other lenders probably wouldnt take the time to do. Chris was a pleasure to work with and made the process a breeze from start to finish. We felt like we were in great hands the entire time. Cannot recommend this group and Chris enough as the customer service was truly unbeatable.
