I've been with Erik Kugel and his team for about 14 years. His customer service is like no other. Unlike some other insurance companies that send all their calls to an 800 number and you can't even get an actual person on the line. Erik answers his phone when I call, if he can't, I never wait long before he or a member of his team gets back to me. Another thing he does, he makes sure that he gives the best rate he can offer with the coverages we request. I highly recommend Erik Kugel Farmers Insurance (Agent /Owner).

Erik has done an outstanding job helping our family with our new home, auto and umbrella policies. We recently relocated to North Carolina and Erik has gone out of his way to provide our family all the information and details we needed for our insurance needs. Erik demonstrated excellent customer service and provided our family the information we needed to get our drivers licenses as well, something he really did not have to do.
