        Kim does a nice job, is friendly and efficient. I use to enjoy a shampoo but the $10 price for one is exorbitant, so I don't allow that luxury anymore. I use to go occasionally just for the shampoo because I have a problem using one of my arms, but I don't do that anymore.

        Can't seem to operate even under reduced hours. Went at 2p on a Saturday before their posted closing and location was locked and dark. No way to run a business.

        went in to get my haircut and asked for a couple inches off and curtain bangs. not only does she mess up the part I have in my hair, she cuts uneven bangs out of a single chunk on both sides instead of making them actual curtain bangs, and takes off almost double the length I had asked for. I'd rather cut my own hair at this point Service: Haircut
