I have always utilized the service dept since our first purchase here in 2012. Bayard and Big Dave always polite and helpful and keeps us well informed, he even was able to get us competitive prices on new tires. Will continue to bring our vehicles here and purchase new ones from Glenn!

I ordered a Maverick Lariat hybrid in 2022 for delivery in 2023. Because of unexpected demand, this vehicle was not delivered as promised but was rolled over into a 2024 model year order. As an incentive for not abandoning the Maverick order, Ford offered to freeze the price at 2023 levels until the truck finally could be delivered. I decided to keep my order active and receive the incentive payment when it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered last week, but wouldn't you know it, the Crossroads Ford Sales manager reported that the incentive offer expired at the end of 2023 and there was nothing he could do to help. I was aware that many dealers were offering that incentive in spite of the expiration, so I called Ford Corporate Sales Customer Service. They confirmed that the incentive offer did actually expire January 1, 2024. But they also said that if the Crossroads sales manager would give them a call, they could probably work something out for me. I'm still waiting to hear from Crossroads, and I'll be really ticked if they don't find a way to honor Ford's commitment to make it right for rollover Maverick purchases.

They had the vehicle I wanted it, bought it over the phone and they delivered it to me for a reasonable price. Everyone was efficient and professional.
