Just had Cameron out to do the Platinum Package detail on my Jeep Rubicon and he did an amazing job. From top to bottom the Jeep is spotless and looks like new. He spent plenty of time on the vehicle and did a great job with every aspect of the detail. Also, Cameron is a true pro with extensive knowledge on his line of work and the products they use which are all top quality. Called these pros and they were able to come out same day. Cam came out himself to make sure the job kicked off right. The job was professionally done and they explained everything that was done and made other recommendations. Job well done! I am not someone to write reviews, but this company Personal Touch Auto Detailing 100% deserves this rave review. I recently bought a certified used vehicle from Hall Honda of Huntersville. I was not at all happy with the cleaning/detailing of the vehicle that the dealership completed. They did a "second detail" that I still wasn't happy with. I wanted to see if I could find someone capable of doing what I wanted. I saw this company vehicle parked at the football field where my son plays football. I went onto their website and saw some of the high end vehicles they had worked on. When I saw this plus the company truck is a high end vehicle, I said they must be doing something right. So I contacted them and it wound up being a family from the same football league. They came out to my home today to do a detail. I wasn't expecting great results as my thought was if the dealership couldn't get it clean after two tries, how much cleaner will a detailer get it. WOW!!!! Did they prove me absolutely wrong. When I tell you, both inside and out, my vehicle had the shine and bling that you see demonstrated from tv ads demonstrating the sparkle from their product. I showed and explained to them my displeasure with everything I wanted cleaned. They went above and beyond to get me the results I was looking for from my vehicle. I told the guys today that I was expecting another let down and that I had also begun searching on Ebay and Google for some replacement parts. Needless to say, I am saving my money because they were able to provide such amazing service. Thank You Personal Touch Auto Detailing! The owners name is Cam. His employee Frankie did the work. After Frankie left Cam showed up to my home again and did a thorough inspection on the vehicle to make sure it was everything I wanted. He inspected every nook and cranny of my vehicle like a dentist inspects the work of the orthodontist after a cleaning. They offer many different packages and rates to fit your budget. They are very open to working with you and attentively listen to your wants and needs. Definitely use this company for all of your vehicle's detailing needs!
