First Baptist Church of Indian Trail

Its struggling, its honestly in all honesty the church needs to completely rethink how they manage, they are disorganized and not fruitful, to obsessed with number of people attending instead of retaining the members they have they maybe salvation but no growth in Christ. This place needs to either shrink in size and create other locations so the pastor can actually know his members or they need more pastors that communicate appropriately. Been there long enough where I have heard the same sermons over and over. Pastoral rule will never work in Christ, the church is everyone not the one cause no one can do it on their own.

I attended the Christmas Special this past Sunday at the invitation of Mike Gibson who is a member of your church. I was truly blessed by the service. It was a true worship service to The Lord Jesus Christ. All of it was great. The ladies trio who sang the first part of O Beautiful Star of Bethlehem really with the choir joining in really stood out to me. Had not heard that song in a long time and I think it was the best I have ever heard.

Great church for those that love a traditional style of preaching but a modern choir and friendly welcome. Pastor Mike has been the only preacher there for 40 years! Love his spreading of the word!
