        One of the few local places who offer Medallion Signature Guarantee services however, they refuse to do MSG for anyone whos not an account holder. Refused to provide us service even though we were prepared to pay. Wouldnt even offer advice on who else in IT may be able to help.

        I called the branch regarding a Medallion Signature Guarantee and was transferred to Jim Colucci, the branch manager. I left a message on his voicemail, and he called back within a few minutes. He was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process. I want to thank him for making me feel like family. Great job!!

        This bank gave me fake bills!!! This is not a joke. Please make sure they give you all new bills. How do I know the bills were fake because when I went to deposit the money at Bank of America the manager confiscated the fake notes and did not give them back to me so I lost $200 in fake bills. This happen in 2017 but I’m still mad so I reposted!
