Thorough, professional, and HONEST! I've dealt with 2 mechanics (NOT Kindred) in the past few months. Both did an obvious fix but the noise kept quickly coming back. I stopped by Kindred because I heard the noise when I was sitting at the light by the shop. They gave me a loner car so I didn't have to wait while they did a thorough inspection. They identified the root cause of the problem. They definitely have my business, I don't want any other mechanic touching my car again!

Had an older car that was a bit of a mess. Robert and team were able to figure out what the issue was. Even though it didn't make sense to fix they still came up with a good temporary solution for me. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good honest mechanic to check them out. They also have some pretty neat software that generates a report of all the issues they found which includes pictures, I was super impressed.

The time Robert took to f/u with me regarding our vehicle to ensure we had all the correct information to make the best decision for my family was amazing! Ive taken my truck to Robert and his team for a couple years now. I will continue to do so. Top notch service. I had an issue which they fixed immediately. I called and they got me booked within a day or so. I was in constant contact with Justin and Robert the entire time my truck was at the shop. Every time I called, they would stop what they were doing to assist me. The day after I got my truck back from the shop, I had picked up a piece of metal in between my brake pad and my rotor. I drove to Kindred without calling ahead and pulled up to the shop. Within a minute or two of explaining what had happened, Robert and Justin had my truck jacked up and were diagnosing the problem. They located the piece of metal and were able to remove it. They didnt ask for a dime. They stopped what they were doing to help me right away. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I will be a returning customer.
