Horrible bought a car from them I had trouble from the get go. Took it back to fix somethings and they acted like it was my fault. They sold me a car that was tampered with in the odometer and history of the car it was in a flood. I took it to another shop and was given an option either fix it 1100 or trade it. I had to trade it. There were safety issues that if I drove it much more I was in danger of the car going out of control. Bad experience they should give me my money back but I'm sure that won't happen. Be ware beware beware In response to your response I was told a different story about the cars history. Also this dies not reflect or deny the car was not worth the price you knew i just moved bsck and needed a reliable car. Instead i got a death trap. Its ok im not mad just warning others

Honest people. Do not over charge. Do not try to sell you stuff that's not necessary. Do not try to scam you because you are a woman. Brought my business here when Indian Trail Honda lied and screwed me. Nice to know there are good honest people working on your car. Will never go anywhere else.

This place should have hundreds of 5 star reviews. They do great work, their pricing is reasonable and they are honest.... most importantly THEY CARE. I took my vehicle there they diagnosed major service was needed and strongly encouraged I have the manufacturer replace the motor. I took it to the dealer and Richards was right!! They didn't charge me because ... THEY CARE. I've been back for multiple other issues and they are the best around.
