I had an amazing experience with Gerber. Not only did they finish the repair in less time than expected. The repairs were perfect. My car looked brand new. I will recommend Gerber to every one! They also keep you updated on the repair process and each step your car is going through.

I needed to move quicker than Gerber Collision could accommodate. I thought that was that, but Brandy took it upon herself to not only text me the name and number of 2 independent shops that may be able to get me an estimate FAST. But she texted one of the shop managers (who happened to be out sick that day) and set up the appointment FOR me via text. WOW. It's NOT very often you come across professionalism like that. I can only imagine ACTUALLY doing business with them. Well done Brandy! You make believing in humanity a little bit easier!:-) God bless you guys and I wish you MUCH success in your business and life!

We had such a positive experience at Gerber Collision in Indian Trail. The office was clean and inviting, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly the work that was done was top notch. We would like to especially give a shout out to the service manager Patrick, who went above and beyond in making sure our car was perfect, safe and that we were pleased with our repairs. When he realized that a turn signal and tail light were not working (completely unrelated to our repair) as we left from picking up the vehicle he would not let us leave without it being properly fixed. I cannot say enough good things about this location and especially Patrick who was a joy to work with and goes above and beyond to make things right . If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

It's rare that I am motivated to right a positive review without even being asked. I just picked up my vehicle and I'm more than satisfied with their work! Patrick and Brandy went above and beyond from A to Z. We had a difficult situation where parts weren't available, since I have a 2024 model and Patrick found a way. When I turned it over they helped coordinate the rental pickup via their partnership with Enterprise (and the drop off after my vehicle was complete). I was told it would take two business weeks and that is exactly what transpired. I was kept updated on their progress each week and today saw that they made my SUV look brand new again! You all are a rarity and I am so grateful. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone that needs your services!!
