I am very in happy about taking away the personal patio to make it Non Smoking. That was one of the major reasons I moved here and then management changed the rules! I have abided by all the rules about no smoking inside the apartment, and wondering why the warnings and penalties were enforced before you took away the patios from smokers as an amenity. All of the other amenities I fully understand stand and agree with, however this could have been avoided and still could be by putting ceilings some type of phisical blockage such as they have on third floor apts and appear to be putting on the entrances. I know I am a minority as a smoker, but on extremely cold temperatures during the winter and super strong winds,I have to move at least 10 feet away from the building to have a legal tobacco smoke! Why arent the rules for persons breaking the rules fined and then evicted? Especially anyone smoking illegal substances!

Ginger and Peyton are absolutely amazing!!! They are so sweet and welcoming. It's the cherry on top when you have an amazing office staff where you live. The best I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

This place is literally awful. Pretty sure the positive reviews are fake. Bringing up issues to management? Good luck getting a response. Have a maintenance issue? Theyll come respond quickly, but if you need something repaired or a new part, best of luck. They never come back. I always got told were waiting on a part. Guess the part never came in, cause my air filters never got replaced and the sink pressure wasnt fixed. We have a clean environment. Wrong. Youll spend your morning picking up cigarette buds all over the complex from the people who smoke. Breezeways are the same. Least the 309 building was, they were up and down the stairs, in the hallways, in the grass, sidewalks. They also smoke in the breezeways. The people who smoked in the breezeways and in the apartment were a group of guys that would watch my sister and I quite often and would wait outside their door in the hallway and watched us go into our apartment. It felt very unsafe and I was ignored when I brought up concerns. If you plan to live in the 309 building, just know youll smell weed and or cigarettes 99% of the time as well. Its why I ended up moving. Brought it up several times. Phone calls, emails, texts, calls to the courtesy officer. Never got fixed. The people below me smoke on the balcony all the time. Couldnt sit on the balcony once they moved in, couldnt have the windows open, or the porch door. My room and bathroom smelt of it most of the time when they smoked inside. Once again, brought that up several times, nothing was done. Violations were apparently issues, lease violations, all the stuff they claim to have done and it never stopped. Asked to move locations but was required to pay a fee which I thought was wrong, then never got a response back about it. Eventually made the decision to break lease and move because it was unlivable. They claim to be a smoke free complex, and theyre not. Ended up paying the massive fee to break lease. Fought for that to be waved, sent MULTIPLE emails to the manager Ginger and got ignored. Once I moved out, radio silence. I got told Ill review your email and well go from there tried to follow up at least 5-6 times about coming in, what was happening, everything I could do. Completely ignored. It was an awful experience and a huge waste of my time and money. On the day I moved out the neighbor beside me asked if I had smelt cigarettes during my duration here, I told her that was why I was moving, because it was constant and that nothing was being done. It seemed as if she was having similar issues, which I wasnt surprised since it was the people below that were the issue. I thought this would be home and it was absolute hell, and an extreme disappointment on management side to see how they deal with issues and treat their residents. Dont let this place fool you like it fooled me.
