        Extra Space in Huntersville is super clean and spotless. We always felt extremely safe while there, and appreciate the codes that allow just the specific floor youre on. There are always hand trucks available at the doors near the elevators. The office staff is very helpful!

        Rent almost doubled after having it for less than 3 months, for a storage unit the size of a closet. Youre mandated to have insurance so I was paying $3 shy of $100 for a 15 sq ft unit. They did offer me a $10 credit though when I complained. A whole $10 dollars. Spend your money elsewhere.

        This storage facility is everything its advertised to be. Only major drawback is that it closes at 10 pm every night, 7 days a week. After 10 pm you cant even put the cart back inside after loading your vehicle. This facility closes way too early. Thats why it gets two out of five stars.
