The child care part is fine...when it's available. Our toddler's classroom seems to be closing 2-4 times a month for the last half year. It's understandable and expected that teachers will miss days. What is not understandable is why they haven't addressed the staffing issues so that if at a large facility a teacher or two is out, classrooms have to close.
We're paying for reliable childcare. The childcare part is there, the reliable portion not so much.
Just this last week our 3 year old's classroom was first come first serve and we had to rush her to school while our 1 year old was told she had to pick two days she had to stay home. Have they hired more teachers? Yes, but then they open another classroom so that doesn't fix the staffing issues.

All the staff and teachers at this location are caring and respectful. Very friendly environment. My little ones have flourished and learned so much!

Understaffed center. My sons teacher Ms.Doris was great . The center itself was unorganized and closed 3-4 different times within 4 months due to staffing issues. I had to take my son out because of the unreliability. Otherwise he would have stayed because I did love his teacher and so did he.

Our son has been going here for a little more than one year. His teacher is loving and caring and he gets excited when he sees her. We are thankful for the facility, especially the gym that allows for them to have a large play area even when the weather is bad. He is well fed, and the meals are nutritionally balanced. We feel safe and comfortable leaving him in their very capable hands.
