I am the owner of TGA Renovated and one massive help for our client experience is the team at Hughes and the product showroom where our clients can touch and feel the product that we will be installing in their bathroom. More specifically Kayla is involved closely with our account and the way she interacts with our clients is that of patience and very informative. After our clients leave Kayla, we are constantly receiving calls back to our company from clients saying how amazing their experience was. We are happy to stand by our relationship with Hughes.

TB Builders & Renovations is a contractor serving Mecklenburg County. We switched over to Hughes earlier this year from another supply house for our kitchen and bath projects and couldnt be happier!! The service Kayla provides our customers and the responsiveness has been incrediblespeed of business incredible! The team in the warehouse is also extremely helpful!! Glad we made the switch and look forward to many more projects with them!!
