      image We recently tried to get a mortgage loan through this bank and it was a complete @#$% show. We were told we were cleared to close pending one minor task the underwriter needed to complete, but apparently we weren't important enough to get said task expedited so the seller backed out of the deal. We worked for a couple of months to secure this mortgage only to lose the deal in the final seconds. We estimate the loss in equity on the property we missed out on at around $150,000. Save yourself some time, money, and stress and find yourself a different bank to work with!
