Shawaunna established my sister locks in 2020 after removing my interlocks. She took her took her time and was very patience in the removal process. My previous interlock installation was very painful - my scalp hurt for an entire week, but booking with Finally Locd LLC was very easy and she kept asking if I was okay during the removal of my interlocks and when she established my sister locks. No more throbbing scalp - what a relief! Her new product line is also great and helps in adding moisture back into your hair - my hair is very dry, but her products work well on me and they smell great!

Shawaunna established my microlocs in Feb 22 and I couldnt have asked for a better experience with starting this new hair journey. Her salon was clean and comfortable. She was patient, quick and efficient. Took her 7.5 hours to install my 237 microlocs! We chatted and watched tv to pass the time. At the end, she gifted me with her welcome kit which had several of her branded goodies! I also use her lavender shampoo which my hair loves and it smells so good! I love that she offers her own products! Im excited for the journey!

Shawaunnas craft and technique is one of excellence. She takes pride in the quality of her work and it shows. I love when I have my Sisterlock reti appointment! Her work is neat and thorough.
