Precisely as their business model outlines, PayTomorrow offers a wide audience the opportunity to purchase goods and services that may otherwise be out of reach.
PayTomorrow makes their terms clear. One must only read their terms...as should be inherent in a large purchase transaction. I must, respectfully, disagree with the majority of naysayers here. This organization has been mothing but responsive, forthright and caring.
I very much look forward to doing business with PayTomorrow again.

If I could give 0 stars Id give negative 19. They are extremely predatory in nature. I made my payment outside the date and they ran the transaction three business days in a row despite making the payment already. After attempting to get a payment today literally 51 minutes after an attempted extraction, they reported to the credit bureaus the same day. I called and asked who did and why and to remove my card on file and the lady told me she had to tell her supervisor to remove it. The supervisor is supposed to call me back to do this. This company is a joke, call them Joann the scammers. I am reporting you all for illegal transactions and reporting.

Title: Utterly Disappointed by Unprofessional Treatment
I am compelled to share the unacceptable level of service I received from Joanne Stockinger, Manager of Operations at Paytomorrow, which was not just disappointing but also deeply frustrating.
Having faced a slight hiccup with a payment of $385, I proactively engaged with the collections department and was under the impression that my late payment would not escalate to a credit report issue, as long as I resumed my payments swiftly. To my dismay, I discovered that my account had been reported as 90 days overdue, despite these assurances.
In an attempt to rectify this situation, I contacted Ms. Stockinger, hoping for a solution that would be fair and show some understanding of my predicament. I proposed to pay off the outstanding amount in full, in exchange for the removal of the negative credit entry, which was a reasonable request given the circumstances. However, her response was not just unyielding but also dismissive, indicating that the negative remark would persist on my credit report regardless of my payment.
This rigid stance and lack of cooperation are indicative of a concerning lack of customer service acumen, particularly from someone in a managerial capacity. It's appalling that such an inflexible approach was taken, without any consideration for the customer's situation or previous commitments made by the company's representatives.
The impact of this incident on my credit score is significant, but what is even more disheartening is the erosion of trust in an organization that I believed would handle such matters with more integrity and customer focus. It is imperative for Paytomorrow to review its communication practices and ensure its representatives, especially those in leadership roles, uphold the principles of fairness and customer support that one would expect from a financial service provider.
I urge Paytomorrow to take this feedback seriously and consider the consequences of their actions on their customers' financial well-being and trust. This has been a regrettable episode, and I hope it prompts a much-needed change in your customer service approach.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. TAKE MY ADVICE. FRAUD AND DECEPTION AND HUMANITY AT ITS WORST. This company should be illegal. I purchased an item and used them to pay it off in installments. I am within $54.00 of paying it off -a $3,387.93 item-and one year and on month after payments and within paying it off- I get an alert on my credit report that they opened up another account under my name with an additional $2054.00 loan I owe them WITHOUT my permission. I reached out and they produce TWO contract- for a lease AND a loan-with my TYPED signature (not my handwritten signature) and say I agreed to two different types of payment for this item. I even received an email at the onset stating my loan was for $3,387.93 total. Now they are saying the total cost is over $5,000 and I have one year to pay off the additional 2054 I owe. Is that so? Well, I kept all of my emails. Not only have they committed FRAUD-this is deception and theft. I have sought legal counsel and as I type this. I have an appointment this evening. I have contacted my attorney general and I will not stop until a company like this stops stealing money.
