Our 6 year old was admitted for severe chest pain they still had us wait in the waiting room at midnight. We left!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. I won't waste my time going here again. Took my 9 year-old here for a hand infection. Was taken to a room quickly where we were basically ignored for over 5 hours. In the end, the told me to take my son to Levine's Children's because they were better equipped to handle the issue. All he needed was intravenous antibiotics so I cannot understand how they could not be "equipped." The worse part was they sent us there after waiting 5 hours, and told me that Levines was waiting for us and that we would walk in and get whisked away to the waiting doctor and skip waiting a second time. Wrong! They lied as Levine's said that isn't even a thing to skip the wait and nobody was waiting. So we had to start the wait process all over again and had to wait another 7 hours. Miserable day and night that could have been avoided.
