        Called to get a quote to have an item picked up and delivered. After a lengthy conversation I was told that they would talk to dispatch and call me back. In the meantime, they told me to text the addresses of both the pickup and destination for the job I want to have quoted. I put together the text and sent it back to them right away. And, nothing. So, I called and texted back asking for the quote or if they needed any other information. Nothing.... Don't waste your time, they will ask you for a bunch of details and won't even give the respect of a return call or text.

        We recently moved to Indian Trail from Des Moines Iowa. Last night we purchased a loveseat from a couple and needed it moved. I was told about One Van and a Dream. When I called John he told me he couldnt move my loveseat until today. I provided the addresses and immediately received a price and pickup time. When the driver left with my loveseat, I received a text with an arrival time. I will utilize this very professional service in the future and will encourage other to do so.
