        I was very impressed with everyone there. They got to my RV much quicker than I expected and they called me several times to ask questions and/or explain what they were doing and make recommendations for repairs. Their hourly labor rate seemed a bit high but they were very efficient. I will use their services in the future.

        Chris and crew installed a new Furrion Tankless LP gas waterheater in our 2016 Roadtrek. Not only does it work well, but it is far superior to the original equipment that came with our RV.

        The BEST! Our travel trailer had a broken suspension (happened while driving the BRP). We called, sent photos and within 30 min a part was found, staff was on the way to get the part and then they met us on the BRP at the overlook where we were parked. Within 45 minutes of the staff getting to us, the trailer was fixed and we were on the way. The staff even started a claim for us as our part was still under warranty! We sure wish we lived closer and General RV Repair could do all our repairs.

We try to stay competitive with our labor rates but as you know we are seeing increases in every aspect related to the service industry these days. We do try our best to be as efficient as possible with our labor and also try to save our customers as much money as possible all while keeping our quality above all things.
