Tony and his crew are FANTASTIC! We had two trees fall on our house 10/29/2020 (hurricane Zeta). I had no idea that choosing a contractor would be such a huge decision and I'm so thankful that we put our trust in TBR. Now that we are back in our home, I can fully appreciate just how fortunate we were to have such a competent crew working for us. Tony knew exactly what needed to be done and started immediately. He and his guys worked from early morning to late evening, non stop, and we were able to move back home in six weeks! He told me he knew how difficult it was to not be in our home and I really felt that he was trying his hardest to get us back home as quickly as possible. But he also said, over and over, "We're going to do this right."He truly cares about his customers. The amazing thing about it all is that he also completed a remodel of our master bathroom while completing the repairs. We enjoyed working with Tony because he treated our house like it was his own. He was never satisfied with just getting things done - he insisted on everything being the way he'd want it in his own home. He takes a lot of pride in his work, which definitely works out to his customer's advantage! We felt that he went above and beyond what we expected him to do for us. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Tony was accessible and immediately returned calls and texts. He helped us choose the materials -everything from floor and paint colors to bathroom lighting, while listening to our ideas and choices. He addressed every concern we had and went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. He is professional, but also very open and honest, which makes for the perfect working relationship. We tell everyone about TBR Construction and how great they are!
