I wanted to give 0 stars but not an option. They claimed to try and deliver my order order to the job site but said they could not get on due to expired paperwork. Instead of calling they drove took it back to the terminal 90 min away. My foreman waited on the jobsite an hour past the gates closing 3 days in a row due to their tracking showing it being delivered that day. I tried to coordinate over the phone on how they can get a temp pass, no response or delivery next 2 days. Still never received a phone call letting us know they were not coming. I need this material as it is now holding up the project and 9 days past delivery date. Tried to change from delivery to pick up at the dock as they did not have a clue on when they would have their paperwork fixed. They were not willing to pull off the trailer. I tried to help them get a temp pass, they had no interest. I offered to meet them at a location close to where they were scheduled to deliver and would not need a pass as Ive done with them multiple times over the last 3 years, wouldn't do it. Pretty much said that when ever they get their paperwork straightened out they would deliver. They are now holding my delivery hostage, i may have to purchase the entire order again from another vendor just to return this one to prevent project delays. If you need your delivery in a timely manner, use another company! The one in Greenville NC is terrible and will not do business with them or any vender that has intent to use them again. I have done everything in my power to help assist them but they are completely unwilling to work with the customer. UPDATE: After writing this review, we were finally contacted. Was able to change the delivery location close to their warehouse so we could deliver to the jobsite (over an hr away) ourselves on a trailer. Grateful to finally get my delivery but a shame it took a bad review for them to finally cooperate.
