For years, we had been told this was the only print company we could use for any of our uniform items. Unfortunately, no matter how the product came, we were stuck with it. They were given written instructions and images of what our logos were supposed to look like, they still messed up our orders, but we still had to take the products due to a wear deadline. Then, when we needed them replaced due to them being wrong, we had to pay once again. If you use them for printing and design, just be very cautious. There are other, better, options in the area.

On Wednesday 10/4/23 2 women from South View Highschool, class of 1973 came into your facility to order souvenir cups for their 50 year highschool reunion. Stephanie had promised the order would be ready by Friday 10/13/23. Stephanie was researching the pricing , type of cup, and quantity and said she would return the call but the return call never occurred. She did not ask for deposit, stated it would be no problem to fill the order and could have it done by Friday 10/13/23. Thursday 10/12/23 after several attempts, and place on hold for more than 20 minutes, another call was made. The reunion was told Jebs could not complete the job. By then it was too late to place the order with anyone else. Now the class is without any memorabilia. Conversation with owner of Jebs was purely defensive and of no help.
