Village Family Dental - Hope Mills

Very disappointed. They were hacked and patient's info stolen in Nov 2023. They didn't notify patients until six months later, April 2024. Completely unacceptable. They are offering no recourse for this incident, simply referring patients to contact the police.

An appointment was made for my son with the chief complaint of my filling came out, i need a new one, I am in pain and I am having trouble eating and drinking. We called several times to come in sooner. He was offered an appointment today. He is a student and traveled two hours. When he arrived he was then told it was an exam and xray only and he would not get a filling. I called and requested he get his filling. They said it was the end of the day and they were wrapping up for a 4 day weekend. They refused to acknowledge that an appointment was made to replace a lost filling. I was treated rudely. The staff was argumentative and refused to accept responsibility for not providing the correct appointment. They refused to let me speak with a dentist or office manager. Again, their reason was because it was 3:30 and they were trying to wrap up for a 4 day weekend. He was booked incorrectly. They did not fix it. They refused to apologize. They made excuses. Their priority was going home and to not take care of the patient.
