        When I first started my account, 2018, the staff was amazing!!! They went over & beyond for their customers. But over the years the faces have changed & the ladies in there now act like they truly don't like their job. I had an issue with my account & the black lady in the office told me there was nothing she can do & she didn't have an answer for me & went on to say me "what is she supposed to do about it". Well considering you're a manager here, if you can't do something about it, find someone that can!!! I'm just very disappointed with the staff at Hope Mills branch. And now they take forever to do anything at the window
