        I need to get a prescription filled while I am out of town and my son was going to run in to pick it up. I called twice on Friday afternoon. Both times it just rang and there were no options to leave a voicemail. I called again Saturday morning and again, it rang through with no voicemail option. I call customer service just now and they tell me that they are busy and she can take a message but the pharmacist doesnt think she will be able to call back they are only taking prescriptions via fax or in person. This is ridiculous. If they are so busy they cant answer the phone, then Harris Teeter needs to hire more people. It is not okay to run your pharmacists ragged to the point they cant help their patients fully.
