Bowen is the best insurance agency in Raleigh. I called from DMV while standing in front of a DMV representative after waiting 2 hours for my number to be called. I failed to bring the proof of insurance form, I phone Bowen Insurance and in less than two minutes, Jessica had it sent to me via email. Bless her. Give her a raise. Bowen Insurance has very capable, professional and quick responses. This is not the first time I called with a quick favor. And they shopped for my best insurance rate because they reprsent many insurance agencies. Why call one, call the broker that can quote them all!

Jessica was a most polite and helpful receptionist. Brad, the owner was most helpful and professional in helping me sort out insurance issues with a Big Box insurance company. Brad was able to decipher my insurance forms and put me straight on my present and future policy options. I put my trust in Brads advice and highly recommend talking to them for your insurance needs.
