Children's Lighthouse of Holly Springs

I'm thoroughly impressed with my child's daycare! Their use of an app to provide updates on feedings, diaper changes, and delightful photos and videos is exceptional. Moreover, the staff's dedication to individualized care and constant communication with parents reflects their commitment to excellence. I couldn't recommend this daycare highly enoughit's truly a gem for families seeking attentive and professional childcare services.

Toddler rooms 5/6 has been great for our little guy, teachers and staff are very friendly and caring and took great care of the him.

The teachers are hit and miss, but I enjoyed my son's teachers and their willingness to work with my son, who was struggling to adapt to daycare. They helped my son get used to big groups significantly when he was really uncomfortable, and I appreciated that deeply. That said, some of the front admin are not great. They act like don't want to do their job if the problem requires time and energy; they are not respectful and often act passive aggressive. I caught the director in a lie about my son, and her attitude shifted dramatically when I confronted her; suddenly she was more respectful. I will say the assistant director is AMAZING and goes the proper mile for parents and the children. In my opinion, she should be director. This isnt the worst place, but just make sure to listen to your kids and their concerns.

I wanted to really give 5 stars, after some serious consideration. Staff are polite and courteous. Teachers do exactly what the infants would need. Hold them when needed, but not too much pampering creating a dependency - Perfect balance there in my opinion ! They stay on top of communication and the owner Jamal is awesome too !
