PNC Bank

Update: Just got a voice mail stating they needed to talk with me. I took time from work to call them back expecting to need to address an account issue. Imagine my surprise when I learned it was a sales call! Did I want a Money Market account? Is there a more convenient time for me to have them try to sell me something?? How about never. Downrated from 5 stars to 3 stars. ------ Dolly, Angie, and the rest of the staff at PNC on Sunset Lake Rd in Holly Springs have been super every time I've needed an assist, small or large. Recently I had an urgent matter come up at the last minute and the entire team pulled together to get everything sorted for me on short notice. I really appreciate their help!

This bank does not accept cash deposits. No tellers available inside for normal banking. I was told to drive 15 minutes away to go make my deposit at another branch. Very frustrating.

This bank doesn't take cash inside. I needed help and a lady told me only atms took cash and the people were not allowed to handle cash. They also cannot make new cards on the spot here like my other pnc bank. I normally only go to this bank to deposit money.

PNC is a terrible bank for business. I opened an account for my contracting business. I received the money from my first invoices. This is where the problems started. I cannot get any money paid to my suppliers. There are limits on everything - if you want to do business do it with someone else. I managed to get checks, they told my supplier it would take 3 weeks to clear! I cannot use Zelle because the limits are too low. The entire experience with PNC in business is just aweful. This is a huge pity because the people are nice. This is another example of some corporate douchebag making everyone's lives difficult.
