This is the first negative review Ive ever posted. Poor communication, poor performance, poor housekeeping, etc have caused many bad experiences for our renters and our company. I originally posted a positive review publicly so I feel its necessary to update my review publicly and caution guests and property owners.

My husband and I rented a unit in North Topsail Beach from Maven Properties in January and had a relaxing, carefree, and wonderful mini vacation! From the time we booked to the easy, breezy checkout process, we were treated with respect and appreciation. The condo we rented was immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We so appreciate everything the Maven team did to ensure a seamless stay and look forward to booking with them again soon! :)

Super Service and a great selection of rental properties. Alexis and Dylan are the best in the business. This view from Island Dr Topsail Island was breath taking

The property manager was very responsive to real time communications. They were very helpful along the way. And what can I say about the property. Everybody loved it.
