I have been so blessed to have Harris Residential & Commercial Cleaning manage all the housekeeping needs for my beach house rental in Surf City since 2021! Pennys team always does an amazing job and are super thorough and also communicate if any issues. The team is also pleasant and friendly to communicate with. My renters consistently remark at how amazingly clean the house is! It is very reassuring to have a reliable housekeeping professional that I can trust and that is a big factor in the success of my beach house rental!

This company is the absolute best!!! they make the house sparkle everytime theyre there!!! Penny is fantastic to work with!! Shes super responsive and always goes above and beyond for us!! The house is a second home so we cant be there every day, but knowing we have Penny and her girls keeping an eye on the house really sets our mind at ease as she has let us know of a few home issues in the past, allowing us to contact the right person and send them over to fix the problem! Shes also provided us with names of some people shes worked with in the past (handymen) and theyve been terrific! When you work with Penny and her team, youre working with people who take care of your home as they would take care of their own - and that is very hard to find!!! TLDR: * highly recommend Penny and this Company for all your cleaning needs!!

I hired Harris cleaning for a move out clean when we listed our home for sale. They did a superb, deep cleaning. She told me up front all that would be cleaned and they covered it all. We have also hired them to do regular monthly cleaning at our new home! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Penny and her team at Harris. My wife & I own several short term rentals on Topsail and the Harris team is great. I started working with them a year ago, and wish I had found them sooner. They are detail minded, thorough, and take pride in their jobs; honest, hard-working people. Our guest reviews repeatedly mention the cleanliness of our homes. I don't have to worry about mistakes or things being missed.
