J & T Towing and Recovery

Travis is an entire Ahole guy. He came out eventually and just hung up on my wife over and over while my wife trying to give him directions. Then when the car got to me he was still being a whole entire Ahole as I tried to tell him how to take the truck off. This a BMW X6M known for not liking their eBrakes engage on a hill. Then he just mouths off at me and tells me I have 5 mins to get it off the truck as if I work for him. He then dumps my truck in the middle of the road. Im calling triple AAA to file a complaint and give them the bill for the ebrake repair.

Professional, courteous, and underst5anding. These terms I do not usually think of when encountering towed vehicles. J&T was all that and more. They made a very stressful situation, easier to deal with. They follow through on every aspect of the event. Pictures, emails, text. Extremely easy to do business with. (work was executed at 5AM on a Sunday, good experiences can be hard to come by at that time) Service: Car towing
