Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hillsborough

This motel is not of a standard that should be acceptable in the Wyndham portfolio. It's hard to believe they would even want to be associated with such an inferior property. The carpet in the room was dirty & worn and the room needed repainted. The property in general is on that I would never stay in again. All this said, it does not reflect the staff. All staff was very friendly and did all they could to make our staff acceptable.

Great service, I visit the area every week. Kodee, Carlos are great people Just need to get diet drinks in the machines, Need to some breakfast items out for people that leave hotel rooms at 530 am Rooms: Rooms are just right for travel for work.

The employees here are rude and ghetto. They gave me a room that was not clean!!! Hair in the sink. Bed sheets looked dirty. Stained walls and HORRIBLE smell coming from the room. Called the front desk to ask if i can switch rooms. The man on the phone was very rude and gave me so much attitude and told me there werent anymore rooms available which i found very hard to believe considering there were not many cars in the parking lot. The man gave me so much attitude about it like it was a chore to do his job that he is paid to do. Do not spend your money here
