Bijou, little jewel of Highlands

I went into Bijou to get my ring resized and Laurel walked me through every step and told me exactly what she was going to do. Today she called me up and told me my ring was ready for pick up, and when I arrive, my ring fits perfectly, is polished and she tells me that there were three loose diamonds that she fixed and made sure were properly placed. Laurel went above and beyond with her service and I couldnt be happier with the results. 11/10 recommend if you need anything done to your jewelry or are looking for a piece to buy!

Laurel is a gifted artist, reliable very hard worker, detail oriented, with a great vision. She definitely knows what shes doing. She has been my designer and jewelry repair artist for many years and I have turned many people on to her that were extremely happy with the experience and the outcome. . She is also a terrific collaborator. We have done projects together with my ideas and her gift that turned out to be spectacular pieces as well. Not to mention she is a terrific human being and a pleasure to work with ;-)

Laurel made an amazing ring for me. I described that I wanted the main stone (deep blue oval sapphire) to look antique, something I could wear everyday, and not look like an engagement ring. She designed the setting, and the ring is stunning! Its exactly as versatile as I wanted - I can wear the ring everyday to work and enjoy it daily, and its plenty fancy for a night out. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect purpose for a gorgeous gem!
