Walmart Pharmacy

Not sure why the low reviews. This pharmacy is very personable, fast & professional!

I am disheartened to say my experience at this pharmacy was very poor. I approached the pharmacy counter with my girlfriend holding a hard copy prescription for a controlled substance I needed. After handing my hard copy prescription to the pharmacist, she told me they had the medication in stock. I asked her how many they had (very politely) because I was wondering if they could fill for the full quantity. Instead of a polite response, the pharmacy staff reacted as if I was a criminal. For example, one of the pharmacy technicians laughed at my serious question. I felt like I was treated very poorly by the staff here, considering I was only there to get my first fill on a medication I needed.

This is a pretty decent walmart pharmacy. All of the staff I've encountered have been very kind and helpful. I have had a good experience here versus the walgreens on N. Main. Just wish they stayed open a little longer but they aren't who make the hours

Cant say enough good about the customer service Tyler provided. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable and very professional. He really cares about people and helping them with their prescription needs. Thank youTyler!

3 times in a row prescriptions have been called in by the same doctor at the same time and when arrived to pick up told they are not ready. Walmart messaged that the prescriptions are ready, a week after they were called in. Go to Walmart to pick them up and they only have one ready. Told wait 20 minutes. Waited and still missing one prescription and told to wait another 20 minutes. Both missing medications were in boxes, one an inhaler and the other Libre sensors. They dont even have to count them. I am a dialysis patient and stop by to get the prescriptions after treatment on my way home barely able to stand up. Pure incompetence. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to wait on something you were told was ready or make a extra trip for each prescription.
