High Point Occupational Healthcare Services

Had a work injury, workers comp. I was told by them to go to the hospital for treatment. I was giving a note to not return to work for five days. I was giving some medication for the injury. The next day I had to report to this office for the injury. The doctor wrote I could return that day to work and she state the wrong medication that was giving by the hospital. She dont seem like she know what she is doing and dont understand some of the injury that people have that have to be seen by her. Yet, she states that I alleged got hurt at work on the note she gave me to take back to work with restrictions. Overall some of the staff is great !!

I came here once for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. The staff was friendly but the wait was terrible. To collect a urine sample and do a very basic physical. Im sitting here for over an hour and Im seeing other people walking out of the waiting room and other people coming out of their rooms asking what is going on? I wouldnt recommend them.

I went to this place to have a physical done and was told I had done well . I was also told to get a clearance from my current doctor that prescribes my medicine . My doctor wrote the clearance letter for me to be able to operate heavy equipment. I called the doctor at occupational health and she told me that the letter was no good . I have never ever failed a physical in the past and now all of a sudden I fail the physical. The company that was suppose to hire me told me that the doctor said I had to many restrictions. The only restrictions I do have is that I have a weak left eye . I was operating a rock drill before I got laid off this year and that is a lot more Saftey sensitive that what shamrock environmental was wanting me to operate by far . I truly believe my ADA law was violated and my HEPA law was violated was violated as well .

Terrible I've been sitting in this room 1 hr and I've been waiting two!!! I was told 45 minutes ago I was next 3 nurses have popped their heads in to say your next and oh youre still here... The Dr will be in here soon Two hours later and still a no show!!! Edit 2 hours later the wait is atrocious BUT the Dr was nice and pleasant moved my star from 1 to 3 terrible wait!!!

If all providers could care for patients with the passion and concern Dr P and her staff showed, it would be incredible. Highly recommend!
