Not only your rates are the lowest and I know you will day the shipper controls it when they dont but you cancel loads after sending rate cons and never pay detention. Worst brokerage ever

TQL are the biggest scammers. We got a load that was double brokered and now they are refusing to pay us $3200 for a long distance load. We can't afford to take these losses. They are saying it will be 2 months before payment. This is unacceptable and treat drivers like garbage. They are a million dollar company leaving drivers out on the roads stranded

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible communication, late delivery and unethical practices. An invoice for a service failure has been disputed in writing since October 2021 and to date it is still not resolved. We disputed in writing made multiple (over two dozen) attempts to seek resolution, but to date, it is still not resolved. We only received communication from the corporate office following a BBB complaint. The no limits/no excusesexceed the customers expectations at all times24/7/365count on us service as advertised on the website is far from what we have experienced. In an attempt to act like you care, please don't respond to this review to contact you at the "tellusmore" address. It's already been done and still no resolution.

Please dont Do Business With this broker Its been 4 months still they are working on my claim and they didnt pay for my money They say they are donating 2 milyon $ by stoking from truckers

Ive had a great working relationship with TQL for almost 2 yrs now. I appreciate getting to know local brokers and having a good rapport with them. I havent encountered any problems or issues with their loads that they couldnt deal with in a professional and timely manner. They make paperwork a snap, no jumping through hoops setting things up or submitting at the end. Generally speaking, two thumbs up for TQL.
