        I was so excited to switch from Spectrum to North State when I moved to High Point. It was great at first! Then Lumos took over, and all of a sudden my rate goes from $50 to $85 for the exact same service. I already know theyre going to give me the your promotional offer has expired run around, but when Spectrum pulled this nonsense itd be by $5 or $10. A $35 monthly increase with no reason is appallingly greedy.
